In 2011 the CCI Youth In Philanthropy Student Involvement program was given $2,000 plus their fundraising dollars ($452.35) to spend as they see fit to a local non-profit charity within the Carberry community and surrounding area.
The following are local organizations that received funds from this year's YiP classes:
Grade 10 Class "A"
CCMPA ~ Rylin's Park ~ $800.00
Ag. Society ~ grandstand repair ~ $426.17
Grade 10 Class "B"
CCMPA ~ Rylin's Park ~ $700.00
Ag. Society ~ grandstands ~ $326.17
Ag. Society ~ midway at fair ~ $200.00
